1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product is free from stains, odors, or damage

Used bedding products (pillows, duvets, mattress toppers) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pillows
  • Duvets
  • Mattress toppers
  • Any bedding items showing signs of wear
  • Custom-made or personalized orders

We take hygiene seriously to ensure the safety of all customers.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • incorrect, or
  • with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

We will replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund depending on availability.


4. How to Start a Return

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → Wooloma covers the return shipping.
  • If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color) →
    the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable method.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for unused, unopened products within 14 days.
If the requested item is out of stock, we can:

  • issue a refund
  • help you choose a similar product

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled—
you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
